気持ちよく働ける清潔な職場

以前は、自動車部品関係の仕事をしていました。
暮らしている上伊那で仕事を探していたところ、ハローワークで三洋グラビアを紹介して頂き、清潔で安心して働ける職場環境に魅力を感じ、入社を決めました。

I started working at car parts, ever though my work is not related currently.
I just still work in the Some Prefereture in Kamiina. This food packaging company was introduce by Hellowork.
And I would say that the Company has a good environment and cleanliness.

現在の仕事の内容

巻取製品の梱包
状態を入念にチェック

私の現在の仕事は、スリット工程で仕上がった巻取製品を梱包する作業です。
埃などが入らないように粘着ローラーで埃を除去し、フィルムカバーで包みます。ベルトコンベア上で作業するので重いものを持ち上げる必要はありません。
最後に製品が出荷指示通りになっているかを製品仕様書と照らし合わせて確認しています。

My current job is The Food Packaging Product flows into the Slitter Division.
Removing dust and other particles, using lint roller checking the final cleaning and wrapping it in a plastic cover for final Product. And Rolling it in a Conveyor. It is Standing Position work. The numbers of work done, should be encoded thru computer system. Matching the statement, stated at Product Description and Label.

A product which meets these requirements is considered a quality Product for customers. in simple words, customer satisfaction.

Improving skills is likely to help better coordinate with Co-workers and be more a team player.
To Protect the customer and avoid demand from customer (claim).
Finish the work on time.

Daily schedule

スリット課の仕事の１日

  1. 8：00朝礼本日の製造予定品の注意点を確認します。
  2. 8：10作業準備安全点呼をし、作業スペースを
    クリーンアップします。
  3. 8：15昨日の作業の最終確認昨日作業した製品の概要や日程、
    ラベル等を再度確認します。
  4. 8：30梱包作業梱包する製品に埃やキズがないか確認しながら
    梱包していきます。
    製造計画書に指定された売上を入力します。
  5. 12：00昼食・休憩社内の食堂にて持参したお弁当を食べます。
  6. 12：45作業前の点検安全点呼を実施して、作業を再開します。
  7. 15：00休憩15分間の休憩をとり、仕事を再開します。
  8. 17：10明日の準備作業明日のスケジュールを確認しラベルを印刷するなど
    前段取りをし、作業場の清掃を行います。
  9. 17：15帰宅
